You can create an online Reservation Request Form so your customers can request a reservation on a secure web page using 128 bit encryption.

From the secure member page a link to the 'Edit Reservation Request' form lets you customize the information on the reservation request form that the customer will see. Also, when a customer submits a request, you can reply using a 'Reservation Reply'. The information on this 'Reservation Reply' is also customizable.

After saving the changes to the reservation forms, a link from the Availability - Reservation logo you add to your web site leads the customer through the process of viewing the availability calendar, and making a reservation request. After submitting a request the customer will be able to link back to your web site (see below). The information in the reservation request is stored securely, and an e-mail to the innkeeper indicates a reservation request has been made.

When a reservation request has been submitted, go to the reservation search page, where you will be able to link to the current reservation request, or any previous requests. After viewing the reservation request, information such as a confirmation number, can be added and sent to the customer by e-mail. The reply to the customer is stored, and viewable at a later date.
