Do you own an Inn, Bed & Breakfast or small hotel or motel? If you do, would you like to enable visitors to browse your availability on the Internet and then be able to send a secure reservation request via the web? You can do both with this service!

The two main components to the service include an online accommodation availability calendar, and a secure online reservation request form. Both of these services are customized by you, leaving the control in your hands.

Availability Calendar

Using templates provided by us, you create a calendar for your property that shows what room types (or individual rooms for small properties) you have, and when they are available. You update the calendar through a secure web page, making it easy for you to have the most up-to-date information available to your customers.

Online Reservation

The online reservations are very similar to phone and fax reservation methods. The guest transmits a secure reservation request (complete with credit card guarantee) and you have three options: accept & confirm, accept with changes, or reject.
The confirmed reservation has a complete transaction trail.

Advantages to you

Saves time.
You don't need to pay to have your own secure certificate, or pay to have customized programming. It has been done for you.
Guest can see your availability before they email, phone or reserve online (most still phone!)
Reservations are directly between the guest and you, no third-parties.
Leaves you in control of reservations.
Credit card info goes directly to you, a third party does not control credit card.

CAUTION

If you decide to use this service, it is recommended that the calendar be kept up-to-date. If it is not, the customer may form a negative impression of your property.

What do you need?

E-mail access
A basic web page is desirable but not absolutely necessary.
You need to add an AccommodationAvailability icon to your web site.
